Express Employment is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift CNC Operator to join a team in Toledo, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring that quality control and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture components based on specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations for quality assurance
- Use precision measurement tools to inspect finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficient in operating CNC machinery and understanding G-code
- Ability to read technical blueprints and specifications
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
