Role Overview:
As an Account Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, helping clients navigate their insurance needs and fostering lasting relationships. Your efforts will help drive the growth of our agency by effectively connecting customer needs with the services and solutions we offer. You'll actively contribute to improving the lives of our customers through proactive marketing and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and ensure up-to-date information in the system.
Assist clients with policy updates, inquiries, and changes.
Process insurance claims, providing clients with timely updates on claim status.
Work with underwriters to ensure efficient and timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
This role offers a base salary plus commission.
