• Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Mask aircraft for protection from stripper application
• Strip aircraft with paint remover, sanding skin and seal aircraft, as required
• Wash and prepare aircraft using appropriate and approved cleaning solutions.
• Prepare surface and apply primer to aircraft for the sanding procedure.
• Sand aircraft skin smooth and apply top-coat application to aircraft per customer approved design.
• Paint stripes per customer approved designs and detail aircraft for customer delivery.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Paint Project Supervisor.

• Required Skills:
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
• Able to pass Pulmonary Function Test to obtain respirator certification.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas, lift up to 40 pounds and work any shift.
• Must be computer literate.

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 10 years experience painting Corporate and / or VIP /VVIP Aircraft
• Design , layout and graphic experience
