LOCATION: Ridgefield Park, NJ
We are seeking an Appliance Technician for a team in Ridgefield Park, NJ, who will be working on manuals, diagrams and service documents.
Schedule: Fully onsite (Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), no travel.
Pay Range: $24-29-/hr
Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor
Determine models missing from STG
Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Home Appliance experience
0-2 years of experience in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
Ability to understand and manage technical service content, including error codes, service guides, exploded views, and wire diagrams.
Strong communication skills for creating and reviewing technical reports, service and training manuals, and user guides.
Keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation and service content.
