Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow FSO Architect to lead the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the ServiceNow FSO platform for our team.
Responsibilities :
- Configure and enhance the ServiceNow FSO platform.
- Configure ServiceNow FSO modules, workflows, applications, scripts, and integrations.
- Document technical design, development processes, and solution configurations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability.
- Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations, including data model setup and PA enablement.
- Build workflows for Commercial and Servicing Lines for Insurance.
- Develop FSO-related features, including advanced work assignment enablement and configurations for reports and dashboards.
- Document FSO development, configuration, and technical details; prepare training materials.
- Lead customer discussions, demos, and participate in configuration reviews.
- Conduct workshops to showcase development and demonstrate the developed product.
Mandatory Qualifications :
- Certified System Administrator
- FSO Certified
- Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
