As an Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students with their Kumon assignments, ensuring they understand and apply key concepts.
- Grading worksheets and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Supporting the instructor in maintaining a smooth and organized classroom environment.
- Encouraging students to develop self-learning habits and build confidence in their abilities.
- Helping with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the center operates efficiently.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in education and working with children.
- Is patient, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Possesses strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and the team.
- Is enthusiastic about fostering a positive learning environment.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
