ALTA STRADA is seeking a rockstar AGM to join the opening team of ALTA STRADA EMBASSY ROW.

We are excited to bring Alta Strada to Embassy Row and want you to be a part of it! Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to lead and inspire? We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant setting.
• Leadership: A service-oriented leader who values taking care of their team as much as their guests.
• Passion for Hospitality: Someone who thrives in creating memorable guest experiences and fosters a positive workplace culture.
• Administrative Skills: Comfortable handling operational and administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Flexibility: A team player with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Wine Knowledge: A strong wine background is a plus.
