Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a talented, reliable assistant pastry chef to join our team. Two years previous kitchen experience is required. Should be ceative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a good grasp of basic baking techniques and food service sanitation. Experience baking seasonally and sourcing locally is a plus. Schedule is Wednesdays and Thursdays 7am to 5pm, and Fridays and Saturdays 6am to 4pm. Please email a brief cover letter and resume.
