Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Pastry Chef to join our dynamic pastry team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Head Pastry Chef to prepare, decorate, and perfect a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and visual appeal of all products.

• Follow recipes and techniques under the direction of the Head Pastry Chef.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Help manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal creations.

• Support the daily operations of the pastry section.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a pastry or bakery setting preferred.

• Culinary degree or pastry certification is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and passion for pastry arts.
