About the Role:

We are seeking a high-potential individual to join a growing financial advisory practice. This is a unique, fast-track opportunity designed for someone early in their career who wants to become a full-fledged financial advisor. You’ll start in an administrative and support role, working closely with our Lead Associate (Mak) and the Principal Advisor, and grow into a client-facing Relationship Manager and Internal Advisor within 12–18 months.

You’re someone who:

· Is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a long-term career in financial planning.

· Ideally has experience (e.g., Schwab, Edward Jones) but wants to make a bigger impact in a boutique, client-focused environment.

· Wants mentorship, structure, and a clear path toward becoming a lead advisor.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Phase):

· Assist with client service and administrative duties, including answering phones and managing internal tasks.

· Support Lead Associate in day-to-day operations and workflow management.

· Help gather and input client data, collect documentation, and prepare financial plans using eMoney.

· Coordinate internally with the Principal Advisor to support ongoing client relationships.

· Learn and manage the CRM system (Redtail) and financial planning tools.

Growth Responsibilities (Year 1 and Beyond):

· Transition into a Relationship Manager and Internal Advisor role.

· Participate in client meetings and eventually lead client reviews.

· Assist in the creation, presentation, and management of financial plans.

· Help onboard new clients and support the movement of assets and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).

· Series 65 or 66 license (required).

· Life/Health Insurance License (required).

· FINRA Series 7 or Series 6 (preferred, not required).

·1–3 years of experience in a financial services firm or similar environment.

· Familiarity with eMoney (strongly preferred) or relatable financial planning software.

· CRM experience with Redtail (preferred, can be trained) or relatable CRM such as Salesforce.
