Job Summary (Developer-AV Technician):
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual (AV) equipment such as microphones, projectors, speakers, and smart boards.
- Provide real-time AV support for live meetings, webinars, and corporate events.
- Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Support and manage video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
- Maintain AV equipment inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Manage AV room scheduling and ensure room readiness.
- Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams on AV system installations and upgrades.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and resolution steps.
- Utilize AV systems and tools including Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Poly, Shure, Neat.
- Apply knowledge of IP-based AV systems and basic networking.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Be available for early morning or evening events as required.
- Possess experience with digital technologies such as BluePrism (RPA) and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Exhibit a strong background in troubleshooting AV hardware/software and system integration.
- Be comfortable working in conference, training, and corporate environments.
