Position Overview
As an Automotive A/B Technician, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Ford vehicles. You'll work closely with our service team to ensure timely and high-quality service for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance following Ford & GM dealership standards
Complete multi-point inspections and document recommended services
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality benchmarks
Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Stay current with ongoing Ford training and certification updates
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance guidelines
Requirements
Dealership experience required
Experience as an Automotive A or B Level Technician
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Ford certification is a plus but not required
