AM Baker

Tampa, FL – Full-Time, Early AM Shift

Parker Street Bakery is looking for a dependable and experienced AM Baker to execute daily bakes for pastries, muffins, biscuits, cruffins, and more. You’ll handle solo and small-team baking with precision and consistency during early hours.

Responsibilities:

• Bake off all laminated and prepared dough products each morning
• Assist with mixing doughs and batters as needed
• Maintain product consistency and quality
• Keep baking station clean and organized
• Prep basic mise en place for the following day’s service

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of bakery or baking experience require
• Familiarity with commercial ovens, proofers, and bakery timing
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and efficient
• Early morning availability a must (shifts may begin between 3–5am)
