Job Description
Smallcakes in Temple, TX is looking for one baker/cupcake froster to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 6102 W Adams Ave #B. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. This is a part time position, 15- 25 hours per week. Must be able to work Friday & Saturday morning or afternoon shift. This is not a seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Follow proprietary recipes with precision and achieve daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures and verbal instruction.
- Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake and make ice cream.
- Manually wash, rinse and sanitize all pans, bowels, dishes, utensils and other tools in a thorough and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, mid day shifts and night shifts as needed.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends.
