Awesome Bites Co. (nation's 1st allergy friendly, vegan bakery and ice cream shop) in near the Heights in Sawyer Yards. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Our Production Assistant (aka Treat Magician) is where magic starts on all our awesome treats. The production assistant will produce a variety of baked goods and ice cream from scratch.

Production includes: allergy friendly baked goods, ice cream, scratch made caramel and sauces, waffle cones.

SCHEDULE: WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY START 6:30AM, SAT-SUN START 7:30AM (part time available)

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Duties of this position include:

• Prepping, measuring and scaling ingredients (fruits/ vegetable)
• Baking and scooping muffins, cupcake and brownies, rolling gluten free waffle cones
• Prepping and making vegan ice creams, toppings, and sauces from scratch
• All the wonderful kitchen cleaning duties: dishes, mopping, sweeping, wiping counters

• Accurate and consistent attention to detail
• Quick learner and understand and executes instructions and policies

• Able to identify and immediately alert of production issues
• Basic math skills
