Job Description

Cool Beans Cafe in Medina, OH is looking for part time employees to join our 20 person strong team. Looking for candidates with availability of evenings and weekends.

We are located on 103 W Liberty St. on Medina Square.

Hours needed -

Evening shifts are typically 3-9 or 4-9 and Sunday shifts are flexible between the hours of 7:30am-8pm.

Our ideal candidate is 18+, customer service oriented, attentive, punctual, and outgoing. Our location is very fast paced, so ability to think on your feet and react quickly is necessary. Starting wage $10.70 per hour plus tips. Average hourly wage including tips is $18.

Must be a self starter and highly motivated .

Restaurant experience would be extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Prepare food and bakery items
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Clean and restock the store to set up the opening shifts for success

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to work as a team.
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Outgoing personality with the ability to upsell
• Must be able to stand for up to 5 hours

Candidates are required to be available for a minimum of 2 days per week. Must be 16+.

10-20 hours available per week.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
