Billy Jack's Shack is a lively dive bar/restaurant looking for enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our team. In this dual role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, mix and serve a variety of beverages, and efficiently manage food and drink orders. Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately from customers
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about the menu and drinks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space during shifts
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Server, or similar role in a restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
