Job Description

Black Rooster Bistro in Hudson, WI is looking for one server/bartnder to join our small team. We need someone part time with flexible availability. Day time availability is required one day per wee, 2-3 shifts total per week.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so you will always be off those two days. FIRDAY AND SATURDAY evenings are REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who wants to both serve and bartend. Bartending experience is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Presenting the menu and helping customers select food & drink; sharing recommendations
• Delivering a 5 star customer experience
• Bar prep= syrups, juice, and ice all over the place
• Build vast food and menu knowledge about our scratch kitchen and local fare
• Talk to guests about upcoming events

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively and efficiently
• Ability to multitask constantly
• Strong organizational skills - we can't have you loosing your head
• Experience as a bartender, this craft cocktailing isn't easy
• Team mentality, we succeeded together, never apart
