Part-Time Behavior Specialist (BT or RBT) (12-15 hours per week)

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for children between 4-8 years old. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role as well and this person must be comfortable collecting data.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (and possibly Fridays) from 3:30pm - 6:30pm/7:30pm
Compensation:
The pay is between $21.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience, with a higher hourly rate for hours worked on the weekend.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization.
- Comfortable working weekends for more pay per hour (weekend work is dependent on client needs)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
