Pay: $20/hour base + uncapped commission potential

What You'll Do:
Be the face of the property — tour and connect with prospective residents
Sell the lifestyle — highlight features and amenities that close the deal
Follow up with all leads — phone, email, and walk-ins — and update the CRM
Manage the full leasing process — from first contact to move-in
Support residents professionally and help resolve issues promptly
Know your market — become the local expert in your neighborhood
Assist with resident events and foster a positive community atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish — required
A sales-first mindset — you're motivated by goals, bonuses, and performance
Friendly, confident, and an excellent communicator
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and digital tools
Previous sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Bonus Points If You:
Understand Fair Housing basics (or are eager to learn)
Have experience using property management software like ResMan or Yardi
