Urgent Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MyCHN

Join MyCHN, a nonprofit healthcare leader with over 100 providers and 15 locations in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a vital role in empowering children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based ABA therapy, all while enjoying a range of fantastic benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead ABA therapy programs and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
• Train families, educators, and support staff in behavior strategies
• Maintain sharp and timely documentation
• Collaborate with care teams and community partners
• Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education

What You’ll Need:

• Certified BCBA with at least 2 years of experience
• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with DTT and natural environment training
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
• Passion for serving diverse communities
• Tech-savvy and responsive to communication
