- Excellent communication skills, to effectively work with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrates commitment in the sales department.
- Can provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, warranties and offer manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers
- Coordinate delivery date with parts and service department to ensure a smooth transaction for customers
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Exhibit strong problem solving skills
- Enjoys working Saturday
- Lightspeed EVO experience a plus
