Business Analyst Lead Engineer Phase

Work Location: Remote: Monday Friday; 96

Scheduled Work Hours: Normal business hours MondayFriday 40 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work).

Total Estimated Assignment Hours: 2080 Hours (1 Year)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Business and System analysis and prepare documentation
2. Provide leadership and direction to business analysts across MyCity delivery teams to ensure that their work and requirements is in alignment with the overall MyCity system requirements.
3. Perform research analysis and elicitation and validation of business functional and non functional requirements.
4. Design and execute user acceptance test cases test suites and test plans
5. Contribute to new technology projects as assigned.
6. Prepare highlevel design documentation business requirements documentation and supplemental functional and nonfunctional requirements documentation.
7. Document communicate and facilitate correction of requirements changes discovered during the implementation and seek sign offs. Work with the teams to ensure appropriate follow through to resolution.

Requirements:

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

At least 12 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and creating workflows for major systems.

Experience developing and employing functional and nonfunction requirements artifacts (Use Cases Epics Features User Stories Requirements Definition Process Definitions User Interface Wireframes Data Dictionaries Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from COTS and custom applications)

Experience providing leadership and direction to business analysts working on multiple teams to deliver large complex systems.

Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology

Strong understanding of the SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer role and ability to perform it

Experience with cloudbased SaaS solutions.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Creating workflows for major systems

Demonstrated experience in analyzing disseminating and interpreting policies and procedures.

Ability to understand business requirements and document them into a functional specification.

Ability to work with architects developers engineers and domain experts to document non functional requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Determining and documenting requirements for APIs

Familiarity with Azure API Management

Familiarity with Azure DevOps
