Business Immigration Attorney
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal implications of immigration law and will be dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complexities of the immigration process. This position will involve providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a variety of immigration matters, such as I-9 compliance, applications, petitions, and permanent residency applications. The successful applicant will also be responsible for researching relevant legal issues and providing advice to corporate clients.
- Position Overview:
- Provide legal representation and advice to corporate clients on matters of immigration law
- Counsel clients on applications, petitions, permanent residency applications, and other related matters
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations and ensure compliance on all matters
- Conduct research on immigration law and legal matters
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of immigration matters for corporate clients
- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on all immigration matters
- Draft legally sound documents related to immigration law
- Stay up to date on changes in immigration regulations and ensure compliance
- Conduct legal research as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- 3+ years of experience practicing business immigration law
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing outstanding legal services
