Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting a positive and efficient workplace? We're looking for a Business Office Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in business administration, human resources, and system-related processes to help keep our community running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Assist with billing and accounting support services to ensure business performance goals are met.

Follow the monthly accounting calendar to meet financial data deadlines and reporting requirements.

Process bi-weekly payroll while staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and business controls.

Maintain accurate team member personnel information, including payroll records, personnel files, and training documentation.

Oversee the team member onboarding process and ensure a warm, welcoming orientation experience.

Manage training records and input data into the training system to track progress.

Partner with leadership to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Communicate clearly and professionally to support collaboration across teams.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality care programs.

Complete required training for the Business Office Coordinator role.

Stay up to date with state-required training and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with a passion for organization and efficiency, along with the following skills:

Proficiency in business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to learn new systems.

Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead small group presentations.

Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and leadership.

Basic knowledge of financial and business principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, ProCard, and/or BASIS.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
