As a Business Process Analyst, you'll:
Document and analyze processes: Break down complex processes, map workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement: Lead discussions and gather requirements from subject matter experts.
Design and implement solutions: Develop plans to optimize processes and support major business transformations.
Stay up-to-date: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business process management.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of experience in process architecture, process management, or process improvement.
Is a skilled facilitator and can lead effective discussions.
Can document complex processes clearly and concisely.
Is a strong analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
Has experience in supply chain management, product life cycle management, or ERP systems (Navy/DoD experience is a plus).
Is a US citizen.
Bonus points if you:
Are certified in Business Process Management.
Have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Are experienced in using BPMN 2.0 and MS-Visio.
Have experience working in fully remote teams.
