Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative (Evening & Night Shifts)
Are you a night owl who enjoys helping people? We're looking for Remote Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Document customer interactions and update records.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company offerings.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Eastern Time).
