Build and manage the Calypso Roadmap on behalf of the Business (FM), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Review backlog, tickets, and business needs (or gaps) to develop a well-functioning Calypso ecosystem as per the defined Roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive effective decision-making.
Lead the development and execution of integrated project plans that span multiple domains, ensuring successful delivery.
Establish and enhance business processes around core Calypso systems to optimize efficiency and scalability.
Guide and drive change management initiatives to achieve Roadmap objectives, ensuring adoption across relevant teams.
Develop and present management-level reports, internal sales pitches, and executive summaries to support strategic initiatives.
Proactively manage stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment across technology and business functions.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement enhancements and resolve system issues.
Facilitate governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Operate remotely while being available for periodic travel as required for key meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Must have
7+ yrs. of Calypso product management experience
Deep understanding of the Calypso platform and its application within financial markets.
Strong program and project management experience, including multi-domain integration and execution.
Proven ability to develop and execute Roadmaps, aligning business and technology strategies.
Expertise in backlog management, business requirement analysis, and system enhancement planning.
Experience in business process design and optimization within core trading and risk management systems.
Strong change management capabilities, driving transformation initiatives and stakeholder buy-in.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in compiling executive-level reports, business cases, and internal advocacy materials.
Nice to have
rior experience in Front Office or Risk-related roles within Capital Markets.
Exposure to Agile and SAFe frameworks for product development and delivery.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations related to trading platforms.
Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and modern infrastructure architectures.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, workflow automation, or API integrations within Calypso
