We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and reliable caregiver to support a 15-year-old male living with anorexia and a mood disorder. The ideal candidate will have experience working with teens, especially those dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, and will be committed to creating a supportive and structured environment.
Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support
Assist with meals, encouraging healthy eating habits in alignment with clinical guidance
Help implement care plans and therapeutic strategies developed by medical professionals
Engage in light activities and daily routines to promote stability
Monitor emotional and physical well-being, and communicate observations with parents and/or healthcare team
Foster a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment
Prior caregiving experience (preferably with adolescents or individuals with mental health challenges)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and HIPAA compliant
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
