Description of this role:
With a Little Help is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Eastside Caregivers- Eastside – Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah. In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them to thrive and maintain their independence. Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Prepare meals and provide nutritional support
- Assist with shopping and transportation
- Light housekeeping
- Drive clients to appointments and activities
Requirements:
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Care Aide (HCA), or ability to obtain within 200 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
* Caregiving experience (1 year)
* Preferred Skills & CEU Experience:
- Communicating with Clients who have Dementia
- End of Life Care
- Food Allergies and Sensitivities
- Medication Assistance
- Any additional CEUs!
- (Preferred) Ability to drive clients
- active WA Driver's License
- Current vehicle insurance
Pay Range: earn a base pay $20-$22/hour and up to $26/hour with incentives from short shifts and Care Plan responsibilities.
Schedule & shift availability: Short shifts & part-time are always available, we can provide full-time hours if caregivers can visit multiple clients.
