OTR Reefer Truck Driver 

• 2026 Trucks & Reefers — Modern, reliable equipment
• Passenger Ride-Along Program — Bring a co-pilot!

• Earn $1,550 – $1,850+ Weekly
• Base Pay: $0.55 CPM + Incentives (Up to $0.68 CPM)
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus

• Fuel Cards Provided
• 1099 Position

Driver Requirements:

• 2+ years OTR experience (Reefer experience preferred).
• Clean MVR & PSP.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Felony/misdemeanor history reviewed case-by-case.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport goods between plants, retail, and distribution centers.
• Inspect and maintain your vehicle regularly.
• Plan routes efficiently and stick to delivery schedules.
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Handle delivery instructions and necessary paperwork.
• Maneuver and position trucks for loading/unloading.
• Report any issues, accidents, or violations promptly.
