Job Description
Position: Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van Driver
Hiring Area: Southern Arizona, including Tucson, Nogales, Sierra Vista, Marana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Details:
- No prior experience needed, but a valid CDL Class A is required.
- Owner-Operators accepted
- Team drivers welcome
- Work schedule: Both day and night shifts available
- Home time: Every three weeks
- Weekend and holiday work as required by freight demand
- Mileage per week: 1,800 - 2,100 miles
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average weekly earnings: $1,100
- Stop pay: $5 for first stop, $15 for each additional stop
- Load/unload types: Live load, live unload, preload, drop and hook, full hand unload, load assist, unload assist, pallet jack
- Performance bonus available
Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Clean driving record (no SAP, no DUI)
- Must meet experience requirements (trainee or first seat experienced)
- No special endorsements required
Additional Perks:
- Truck parking and shop available in Tucson, AZ
- Trucks can be serviced during home time to avoid delays after returning to work
