Our client is a startup company, manufacturer of a revolutionary recreational water jet car boat, that has been in business for just over twelve months and has been profitable since day one with zero debt. They expect to become a multi-billion dollar company within a couple of years.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client’s company, a rapidly growing startup in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-billion dollar companies and driving significant growth. As the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the company. You will work closely with the board of directors to define and implement the company's vision, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and business goals.

You will be tasked with driving the company towards its goal of becoming a multi-billion dollar enterprise by leveraging your experience in scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and enhancing profitability. Your role will include overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including production, sales, marketing, and administration.
