Our client is a startup company, manufacturer of a revolutionary recreational water jet car boat, that has been in business for just over twelve months and has been profitable since day one with zero debt. They expect to become a multi-billion dollar company within a couple of years.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client’s company, a rapidly growing startup in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-billion dollar companies and driving significant growth. As the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the company. You will work closely with the board of directors to define and implement the company's vision, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and business goals.
You will be tasked with driving the company towards its goal of becoming a multi-billion dollar enterprise by leveraging your experience in scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and enhancing profitability. Your role will include overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including production, sales, marketing, and administration. You will lead the development and introduction of new products, manage financial performance, and ensure the company maintains its competitive edge in the market.
The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the boat manufacturing industry, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plan
Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including production, sales, marketing, and administration
Lead the development and launch of new products
Drive sales growth and expand market presence
Manage financial performance and optimize profitability
Build and lead a high-performing executive team
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role in multi-billion dollar companies
Strong understanding of the recreational boat manufacturing industry and market dynamics

Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance

Education / Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior executive roles
Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record in managing and scaling multi-billion dollar companies
