Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.
- Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
- Make on-site visits, inspect and measure properties, and interview clients.
- Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.

- Certified in the state you reside.
- Strong analytical and research skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Dedicated to exceptional quality in the reports you write.
