**Job Title: Experienced Residential Real Estate Appraiser**
**About the Role**
We are a flourishing Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm seeking seasoned professionals who are eager to focus on what they do best - appraising residential real estate. We handle the administrative tasks, from initiating orders to filling out non-assignment data and attaching necessary documents, allowing you to concentrate on your expertise.
We are particularly interested in Certified General or Certified Residential Appraisers who are nearing the end of their careers and looking for extra income without the hassle of running a firm or dealing with complex client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be experienced and willing to complete 10-20 appraisal reports per month.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage appraisal orders to meet deadlines efficiently
- Provide daily updates to clients on open orders
- Effectively communicate with our team regarding open orders
- Work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and time management
**Qualifications**
- Certified General or Certified Residential Appraiser designation
- Proven experience in residential real estate appraisal
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to complete 10-20 appraisal reports per month
