We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing organization. With hundreds of stores across the nation and plans for expansion in the coming years, we need a financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help drive the company’s growth trajectory. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, partnering with executives to manage risk, oversee financial operations, and ensure the company’s financial health as we scale. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work one day per week from home.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Collaborate closely with the leaders to develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with company goals and support its growth.
Perform effective risk management, ensuring the company is financially secure while exploring new growth opportunities.
Drive financial decision-making processes and provide leadership across all departments to ensure strategic alignment.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and lead financial audits and reviews as needed.
Optimize company cash flow, balance sheet management, and long-term financial planning.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
Must-Have Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
7+ years of experience as a CFO or Controller.
Experience in the retail industry.
Experience with a multi-location business environment.
Strong track record in overseeing financial operations in a high-growth company.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to support company-wide objectives.
