Exciting opportunity to join our hotel management team as our Chief Engineer. The Chief Engineer will be responsible to lead, support anddirect all property engineering and maintenance department operations. Responsibilities: Maintain property appearance, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration andelectrical systems. This includes physical plant and fixtures to providemaximum profitability and operational efficiency. Identify life/safetyequipment and procedures and report any concerns to the General Manager (GM).Responsible to maintain basic systems operation and complete repair to otherbuilding components that influence guest services. You will upholdcompany and brand standards. Act as a trainer and mentor to the team while beingan on property subject matter expert.
