Our hospital, situated in Richardson, TX, is a 20-bed Critical Care facility specializing in long-term acute care. We provide comprehensive support to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, focusing on compassionate care and advanced medical treatment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all hospital operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and adherence to medical standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hospital's services, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff and healthcare professionals.
Engage with the community and key stakeholders to promote the hospital's mission and values.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure sustainable growth and operational success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial roles within a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and financial management.
