If you have a strong background in inpatient psychiatric leadership and a dedication to improving patient care, this role could be a great fit for you!

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
Relocation Package: None
Signing Bonus: No

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee all facility operations, coordinating internal and external business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong market relationships, including a robust physician network.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and articulate hospital performance and improvement areas.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing team leaders.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high service and quality care standards.
  • Communicate effectively in various settings, modeling competence, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in hospital leadership, with a preference for behavioral health experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving quality patient care and operational excellence.
