Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
Relocation Package: None
Signing Bonus: No
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee all facility operations, coordinating internal and external business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong market relationships, including a robust physician network.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and articulate hospital performance and improvement areas.
- Recruit and develop high-performing team leaders.
- Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high service and quality care standards.
- Communicate effectively in various settings, modeling competence, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience in hospital leadership, with a preference for behavioral health experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving quality patient care and operational excellence.
