Job Description

As a key leader, you will oversee the implementation of new and updated programs at our Webster Medical Center. Your role will involve managing the impact of these initiatives on costs, quality, and departmental efficiencies, with a focus on achieving enterprise-wide objectives.

You will lead strategic planning efforts based on community needs assessments, develop and monitor budgets, and ensure effective resource and staffing utilization, including physician recruitment. Additionally, you will set quality and patient safety goals, oversee improvement activities, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities also include fostering external relations with community organizations, hospital associations, and other relevant entities to ensure the success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage new or updated programs and initiatives.
Project and evaluate impact on costs, quality, and departmental efficiencies.
Lead strategic planning and develop implementation plans based on community needs.
Oversee daily operations and resource utilization, including physician recruitment.
Develop and monitor budgets to align with organizational goals.
Set and monitor quality and patient safety goals, and complete board reporting.
Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and other regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain external relationships with community and industry organizations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Master's degree (MHA, MPH, or MBA) preferred.
Minimum of three years of senior management experience in a healthcare setting.
Nursing Facility Home Administrator License in the applicable state preferred, depending on facility needs.
