Essential Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead brand management and ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
• Measure and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights.
• Work closely with sales team to promote lead generation.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business objectives.
• Oversee public relations and external communications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and modern marketing technologies.
• Experience with press releases through internal and external communication channels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Experience with HubSpot is required.

Compensation Range: $270,000- $300,000.
