The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a great company in the Greenville area to bring on a Chief Technology Officer to join their team. This is a corporate office environment near Downtown Greenville and will be mostly on-site with flexibility as needed and possible hybrid schedule. The CTO will ensure technology aligns with the company's objectives, foster innovation, and manage cybersecurity efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with operational teams to innovate and integrate digital processes
Creates and manages comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies to safeguard infrastructure, data, and sensitive information
Oversees the IT Department
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and teams.
Additional Skills:
Deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to drive innovation
Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, threat detection, and incident response.
