Job Description
The Red Bank Armory Ice Complex in Red Bank, NJ is looking for one maintenance associate to join our Clean Team. We are located on 76 Chestnut Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning and maintain cleanliness of building
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place
Qualifications
- Previous experience a plus
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work well with limited supervision
