- **James Hefley, Managing Director:** With 13 years of experience, James has a background in small business and competitive bowling. He is passionate about golf, supporting charitable causes, and is a huge baseball fan.
- **Eric Shumate, Financial Advisor:** Starting his 5th year, Eric has 17 years of experience in commercial lending. He enjoys live music, sports, exercise, and family time.
- **Carlos Lovera, Field Director:** With experience since November 2020, Carlos has a BBA and a master's in Management, with 10 years of corporate experience. He enjoys golf, watching sports, flying, volunteering, and traveling.
- **Maui Ramos, College Unit Director:** With 3 years of experience, Maui has a background in insurance and yoga instruction. He is passionate about educating clients, spending time with family, and exploring new places.
- **Jose Luis Gonzalez, Financial Advisor:** With 11 months of experience, Jose has 19 years in banking, including management roles. He enjoys outdoor activities, volunteering, and playing basketball.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs.
- Provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve their financial protection and planning goals.
- Design and implement tailored strategies to safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being.
- Regularly review and update clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect changes in their circumstances or goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree, although it's not a hard requirement.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
- We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education, Logistics, Banking, Mortgage, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, and Auto Rental.
- You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
