Job Title: Remote Client Advocate

Hourly Pay: $22 - $26/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Client Advocate to join our work from home team. As a Client Advocate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive excellent support, understanding their needs, and advocating on their behalf to provide tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and requests, providing personalized support
• Address client concerns and offer solutions that meet their needs and expectations
• Advocate for clients internally by communicating their needs and feedback to relevant teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting product/service issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in client-facing roles, such as customer service or account management

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize client needs effectively

• Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
