Requirements: - Active RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.
- 2+ years of oncology nursing experience; research experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and clinical trial processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate oncology clinical trial activities, including patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
- Administer study medications and monitor patient responses per protocol.
- Document study data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Educate patients and families about clinical trial procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
