The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for administrative and clinical supervision of three clinical social workers, coordination of patient recruitment by handling referrals, providing biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, initial clinical engagement services, consultations and case assignment of referrals. In addition, the Supervisor carries a small caseload providing direct services to two or three patients.
The Clinical Supervisor coordinates training opportunities for social work internships and works closely with the Program Director on other program activities. This position also entails representing the program and patients served to multiple agencies along the Department of Public Health continuum of care. The Supervisor contributes to outcome studies and productivity reporting. We are looking for an experienced, confident clinician and supervisor who will bring compassion, enthusiasm and commitment to the work.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $111,000 - $166,600 (Annual Rate).
