CRM Clinical Associate / Product Support Specialist — Brooklyn/Staten Island (Field-Based)

Location:  Brooklyn/Staten Island with on-call coverage
Role type:  Full-time • Field-based • EP & Cath Lab focus
Compensation:  $90,000–$110,000 base (DOE)  + monthly bonus eligibility

About the Role

Join a high-impact clinical team supporting cardiac rhythm management (CRM) technologies in hospitals across the Philadelphia area. You’ll be the clinical bridge between physicians, staff, and the commercial team—supporting cases, programming devices, performing battery checks, and providing education that keeps patients safe and clinicians confident.

What You’ll Do

• Provide  in-lab case support  across the device lifecycle: implantation, programming, battery checks

• Deliver  education & training  to physicians, nurses, and lab staff; answer field inquiries from HCPs and patients

• Partner with sales representatives to provide  technical & clinical expertise  during evaluations and follow-ups

• Maintain  on-call coverage  as scheduled; support EP/Cath Lab (and OR as needed)

• Document activities accurately and communicate proactively with cross-functional partners

Call Points

Electrophysiology (EP) and  Cath Lab  (with occasional OR support)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s  in Biomedical Engineering or related field (or equivalent clinical background)

• 2+ years’  related experience  or  graduation from an accredited  cardiac training program

• Ability to obtain  CRM product certification

• Solid knowledge of cardiology/EP, Cath Lab/OR protocols, and  cardiac pacing systems

• Strong communication, poise in the lab, and comfort with an on-call, field-based schedule
