Job Description
The Sagamore is seeking Seasonal concierge Team Members to join our team! We are looking for individuals who are well organized, have a great eye for detail and a flare for what’s fun.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable of all resort offerings and hours of operations
- Be knowledgeable of package offerings and guest programs
- Make both in house and local dining reservations
- Be familiar with area hikes, recreation activities and events
- Process amenity requests
- Process guests special requests i.e. ordering flowers/balloons
- Monitor and assist with VIP arrivals
- Address guest concerns or direct to management when appropriate
- Be acquainted with and assist with RNA procedures
