Responsibilities
- Accurately forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
- Review specifications, plans, and take-offs to determine the scope of work.
- Lead estimating efforts for efficient bid-to-build processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage resources and meet project schedules.
- Develop comprehensive project plans while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Education : Industry-related degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in construction estimating.
- Proficient in MS Office, scheduling, estimating software, and construction industry practices.
- Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation :
- Estimator/Project Manager (Cherokee): $55,000 - $75,000/year.
- Senior Estimator/Project Manager (Pender): $65,000 - $90,000/year.
- Superintendent (Pender & Cherokee): $75,000 - $100,000/year.
- Performance Bonuses : Supplemental pay based on performance and longevity.
- Work Schedule : Minimum of four 10-hour days per week.
